Our products

All apparel is made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment. Because each item is printed individually, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur and are not considered defects. Product images and mockups are for illustration; the printed result may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is processed securely at checkout; you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped within the timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and exchanges

Because items are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. See our Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of Chicago Cyborg and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicago Cyborg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
