Return & Refund Policy

Every Chicago Cyborg item is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind. Please review the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery at mosaicchicagomonk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, and you will not be asked to ship the item back.

Wrong or lost shipments

If tracking shows your package was not delivered, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of ordering. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
