1. Products & Print-on-Demand

Our apparel and stickers are made to order through print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are not produced until payment is received in full.

3. Orders & Processing

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location and product. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered. Free shipping promotions apply only when stated and to qualifying orders.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at boarheadindustries@gmail.com with photos, and we will replace it or issue a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Boarhead Industries and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boarhead Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
